  • osu bravooooooooooooooooo

  • Haven't seen him for years... maybe it's time to pay him a visit again

it hurts as hell when you fail to break all of them in one shot. It takes awfully strong mind to overcome the pain!

  • insane!!!! but ... OS!!!!!

  • oh shit its my sisters teacher :O

  • A wonderful job and a rare example of stoicism.

    Oss!!

  • nice record and great work, getting all this. :o

I just wish the whole show aspect of it would have been dropped (the nunchaku and the music... breaks the whole impact).

  • This is a record?

My Sensei, has 10th World Redords in tamashiwari.

This is just the same, to see an kid.

Narve Læret is an real Viking, and a machine !

    Osu !

  • this guy rocks

  • I heard a lot about this record but i've never seen it until now.

I'm presently a student of his and I know how Kyokushin is important to him and how effective his training methods are.

    BRAVO Sensei Normand

Elyas - Ecole Kokushin Karate Longueuil

  • Quel dojo?

  • Quel IKO?

  • Nice party trick.

  • You often come away from it with marks and fractures. It's very physically draining.

  • Tu a ete vraiment bon Sensai

  • Granted, it can hurt to hit anything, but they are much easier than they look. I have been in this too long to get a thrill out of breaking anything, unless you go for non-fixed things such as bats or 2x4's, but still, what does it prove?...they don't hit back. This doesn't mean you can fight. Nevertheless, good stamina.

  • Dear raredesign,we all know that it does'nt hit you back, but thats not the meaning of breaking. Its has nothing to do with fighting. Its all about concentration and determination. If would have been into this for a longtime, you would have known that allready.but i respect your opinion.

  • True, it doesn't prove that you can fight, but who breaks things without also training fighting? It is the ultimate test of power, and it has A LOT to do with real fighting.

  • This is not a method used in ancient arts or the training. Other than reaching beyond the point of impact, and getting used to contact, you cannot say this helps you fight. Focus? There is more focus involved in kiba-dachi.

  • Let's be honest about this. Go to any home and garden shop, purchase a landscaping brick (broken above) and purchase a small red brick (for building houses). You tell me which is easier to break...for that matter, drop that big grey one on the ground.
