Olive Leaf Extract: cheap, fast and widely available. Also quite safe and totally effective. Get it at the W*lmart vitamin section.
Take 3-6 capsules at a time and it will kill off the sinus infection in a day, if not in hours. Use all the other listed remedies to clear mucus out and prevent future infections - but Olive Leaf will do the heavy lifting. Believe me, I tried everything else, including plenty of prescriptions.
