The area was Chiniguichi - east of Sudbury Ontario and south of Temagami. It's a fantastic route. The oven collapes down very small. I got it through the Wooden Heritage Canoe Association web site. Very cool. We oil the pan to make it easier to slip the pizza out. Might not need it though.

That oven is neat but is it collapasable?
Did you make this oven or where did u get it at? Shown it works great. Im wanting to make one for ourselves. But we need to test it out first having never used one before. Great video. For the pizza pie crust why do you roll it in oil, to keep it moist or to keep it from sticking? That pizza looks so good, good job, but where is this filmed at?? BWCAW? Quatico?
