@emo4lyfe69 he has prayer cape on so with full pray points and by putting the cape on, it boosted above max. Skillcapes boost ur lvl by 1 (in this case of prayer it's 10 since it was multiplied by 10 like constitution)

Spears are tricky to work with for prayer flashing, since the goal is to protect melee while healing off your opponent, and since spears are slower than rapiers they tend to not be consistent enough to keep your protection hence why they hit hard on each other on sometimes (because of the SS being up not protect melee).
