  • How do you feel about upside-down sit ups on the monkey bars? I do those at the park across the street from my house because the monkey bars are really low for me.

  • Wow, go for it :o)

  • ...im interviewing strong female followerz,,, juzzzz like you........

  • What about keeping both of your feet together and jumping up on that platform?

  • Sure, why not. Thanks for your creative thinking!

  • muscular bices, female

  • I'm impressed with the shape of your calves and ankles! how tall are you?

  • Youtips4U shirt hahah love it

  • does hanging from a bar at 1:12 does that make you taller lol? cause i want to get taller and im 15

  • Hi, hanging does elongate the spine and will give you a temporary height boost, but gravity will bring you back to your normal size when you walk around again. Still hanging is wonderful and feels terrific. You still have some growing to do as you are only 15, so keep the faith, eat a healthy diet, get plenty of sleep, and exercise regularly.

  • @skquirtle start doing squats... they promote growth hormones.... look up on youtube on how to do a squat. This type of exercise does work to stretch peoples build... I know a guy who went from 5'9 to 6'0. Your also 15 years old... so your body is still growing.. your body doesn't stop growing until your in your early 30's.. thats why they call a person thats in their 20's "Prime". but if you want to get to your full potential and work out all the nerves in your body. then squats are it.

  • trained professional?

  • dudeee ima try dis lol

  • hey im 12, do you know how to get strong arms? and fast?

  • Hi, at your age, the best exercises to build strength in your arms are pull ups and push ups. You'll want to focus on using your body's own weight as resistance. I don't recommend you use weights at your age as you are still growing and you don't want to damage your growth plates.

  • @YouTips4U thankyou :)

  • Thanks, just regular pull ups, or do I need to do chin ups?

  • Hi, to me they kind of mean the same thing, but I was referring to chin ups.

  • @YouTips4U Thanks for your help and replying ;D

  • Ey, I'm 14 and I wanna train my biceps without using dumbells and weights.

    You have any ideas?

  • Hi, you can use your body's own resistance to help train your muscles. Do things like pull ups and push ups.

  • all I have to say is I don't care if people stare at me and watch me workout because its fun. I actually do 3 days a week working out my public library's playground and walk their track its alot better then going to the gyms plus i enjoy showing off my strength and watching the looks on the kids and parents faces as they see a 275 lb 25 year old man doing pull ups and ab work on the equipment its pricelss

  • im 14 do you have some tips for how to get strong arms quick ?

  • Probably the quickest way to get strong arms would be to do push ups. Start with however many you can do until you can't do anymore and add more every other day. You want to do them every other day to give your arms a chance to rest and recover; that's how you build muscle quicker.

  • strong biceps

  • wow ur in such good shape i love ur body

  • you have a great body. How tall are you

  • Hi, thank you. I'm 5'4" tall.

  • Your a little hottie! Whats your name? I would like to play with you.

  • i'm alitle confused

    y isn't there any1 in the park?

    loved the video though

    really helped

  • I went to an elementary school so I could have the park to myself for filming. Since it's summer vacation and the school is closed, it was easy to find the park empty.

  • lols i cant do those monket bars no more

  • Sure you can :o)

If I can do it, I'm sure you can too! Thanks for commenting!!

  • alright. thanks anyways!:)

  • I'm going to try these

I tried to do a pull up the other day, but I sucked at it

  • great video as always

  • hi i was wondering if you knew any exercises for my arm. because my right arm is slightly lowered then my left. and it hurts alot after my training. would appreciate it if you could help me :)

  • Hi, it's not uncommon for matching body parts to be different sizes and lengths, or perhaps you had an injury. I'm not sure why you would have pain because of uneven lengths unless you did have an injury to your arm. If you are having any type of pain after training perhaps you are either training too hard, or using improper form. I'm sorry I cannot be of more help.

  • I know what you mean! I still love it - especially the swing :o)

  • Those look like great exercises. Which one is your favorite?

  • I love the stretching and going across the monkey bars!

  • I will try that exercise. You look very pretty as you do it. Right now I'm recovering from an appendix operation so I can't do much.

  • Thank you and I hope you feel better soon!

  • Great tips! Very inspiring & motivating. I will try the monkey bar tips. Thank you!!

  • This would be great for shorter people!

Sadly, my head reaches the top of many a monkey bar, making it hard to do anything useful with them.

  • You really are awesome! Thanks again for your wonderful videos! You inspire me! :-)

  • Thanks so much for your terrific feedback! I really appreciate it :o)

  • great video, i really like the stretches

  • hi there! Love your vids, especially the fitness routines. I don't enjoy (read: absolutely abhors!) going to the gym and running/ walking outdoor is not exactly a joy in our tropical climate. So, I tend to do exercises at home on an exercise mat, and using weights. Could you please share more home routines? Since you've shared quite a fair bit on core exercises, how about some more that targets the inner thigh? Btw, does squats constitute a cardio exercise? thanks for all your great videos.

  • I have more leg work coming, so stay tuned :o)

The jumping squats I do in one of my videos is definitely cardio as well as toning. Anything you can do to alter an exercise that gets your heart pumping is has cardio benefits. Have you tried jumping rope?

  • I've not tried the jumping rope but what a wonderful idea! The rope is definitely on my shopping list now. Thank you! I really dread the squats :(

  • U are SOOOO Awesome!!!!!!! Will u PLEASE do me the Honor in Subscribing 2 My Channel???

    Luv Ya Bunches...

  • great vid, love all your tips! quick question if you don't mind answering- who video tapes you?

  • My son!
