  • Awesome video I'm a chef from Scotland and was brought up in the western isles where the famous stornoway black pudding or marag dudh (in gaelic) is made so well by the butchers and locals a like.. so lovely mmh! in scotland we pair it with seafood like scallops, crab, lobster etc and a bit of hollendaise sauce ..or just for breakfast or in a bun with brown sauce(hp sauce in uk) awesome!!

  • well done

  • At home when we make 150 pound batches and first we boil the pork butts then once done we grind them up with the blood and white rice allong with many spices like mint and dill. Then we use cow intestines on a sausage stuffer and tie the ends with string.rice sausage as we call it has always been my favorite. :)

  • @lilbear1417 is that for real!!!??

  • I love homemade blood sausage! Honestly i think they should have named it somthing different i mean theres not even alot of blood at all. At home we calk it rice sausage or mint sausage.:)
