I had the same problem and this fixed it. I went 3 turns total before i fixed the problem, the 2.5 turns is a starting point. it should be about 2.25 turns preset. also, check your plugs, they need to be a coffee color, black means too rich, white means too lean.
When you pull the carb, look at it upside down, where the neck of the carb goes into the manifold you will see an aluminum plug blocking off a hole .your air/fuel mixture screw is behind that plug. carbs are preset at the factory and the plug is installed to keep people from using with it. drill it out VERY CAREFULLY and VERY SLOWLY! use a 1/8 bit and once broken through use a screw and pliers to remove the plug. it comes out fairly easily. tighten screw til snug, then back it off 2.5 turns
had the same problem with my bike, previous owner didn't ride it much. Mechanic said he could rebuild the carb for 300 dollars or what he would do was to buy a bottle of fuel injector cleaner, go to the gas station, put the whole bottle in fill it up and drive on the highway at 65 mph for 20 miles. Did that and after 5 miles it started running better and smoother. After 20 miles it ran perfect
I had the same problem took to a mechanic friend of mine he took off the carb clean it really good put new spark plugs in and riding good again,my bike a 1997 vulcan 800 buy used was sitting 3 years and same thing like yours was happening to me.
I had this problem, My engineer was cleaning 3 times the carb, then he changed the diameter for idle srew.

Have you fixed the problem with your bike? My motorcycle is experiencing the exact same problem that's in your video.

first thing is just replace the plugs, it looks and sounds like a fouled plug.
