Dred Scott is a perfect example of Originalist interpretation. The Supreme Court interpreted the Constitution in accordance with the intention of its founders, who were pro-slavery or slavery tolerant.

How could Supreme Court Justice Thomas in good conscience vote infavor of Corperations to spend endless amounts of money to buy politicians.
