The forum gang is back in a tizzy about the need to replicate with the precise spacings, magnets, diameter of the disk, type of aluminum used in the disk, etc.  It's all crap and there is no scientific basis for this. If this thing hypothetically worked (which it doesn't) then your magnet spacings would NOT have to be exact, just very close.

Nor does it have to do with gravitational and/or magnetic anomalies in the Chicago area, or the latitude, more complete nonsense.

Damn, what's so difficult to understand the principle of a magnet motor? I believe that any device like this one will drain the magnets like a battery. So it is impossible for such a device to run forever only by the magnets. All is legal here: It needs a lot of energy for the magnetization process and this energy will given away through the rotary motion of the disc. There is merit in challenging pseudoscience, it prevents impressionable people from being deceived and potentially loosing their hard-earned money to scams. At this point in time there are a few convincing looking fake Mylow videos and no independent verification and no confirmed replications. We also have the laws of thermodynamics and Maxwell's equations saying that this thing will not work. Finally, we have the legacy of the long history of hundreds of failed "magnetic motors".
