  • I use to think Genesis ,Yes, Camel,Devo, Pat Metheny, all progressive music leading to the top of the Pyramid. However, inside the Pyramid I found UTOPIA.

  • Todd must've liked the Jeff Beck / Jan Hammer interplay on "Wired".

  • 839 people have viewed this song as of 7/15/2011. I remember it from when I was a teenager and it really spoke to me then and still does. This album "RA" was created after Utopia read a book called "Initiation" by Elizabeth Haich (which they had an album of the same name). It speaks to the hugeness of our true being and the hopefulness of an enlightened age to come. Seems like it has gone rather differently than many would have hoped but the seed of awakening can never be absolutely destroyed.

  • @MartyScoresEasy Todd was reading Alice A. Bailey-It was her Treatise on White Magic-she is also responsible for Todd's song, 7 Rays-see wikipedia.

  • Brilliant!!

  • I agree. Thanks BlueOrpheus! Like Paul, it's been apx 30 years for me as well. I use to almost worship Rundgren. Guess his music was what my soul needed at that time. After all these years, and in spite of all the fantastic music that has followed, this is still great music. And RA may have been their best album.

  • Wow. Thanks!!!

  • Hell yeah Blue Orpheus! You're doing the world a big favor. These TR/Utopia songs bring back amazing memories. Thanks.

  • Awesome, I literally haven't head this in 30 years. "Stay forever stay for awhile, hypnotized by sight and sound. Empty feelings leave a frown...
