Bob Hoskins said he nearly had a breakdown( tongue in cheek comment) making this film as he was basically acting and speaking with nobody for the majority of the film as the animation was added on in post production.

It's official; no-one associated with this movie, both the actors, toons and the writers have a single shred of sanity. I refuse to believe anyone was sane while making this magnificent movie!!! The worst part is people would laugh so much, the cops would think your were high while watching it, only to be committed alongside you for absolute insanity.
