I make fasting a regular part of my life. When I do not obey this calling I feel my spiritual life sink. Personal wholeness is what I am doing it for. Pray for me as I continue.

I love that u all fast, I only wanted to say one thing, maybe u didnt mean to say what u did, but i want everyone to know that the definition of fasting is Abstaining from food. or to close ur mouth... I just wanted to say that if u want to go without TV or something else to spend tme with God then God will honor this I believe, I just dont want people to think they fast because they dont watch TV. It is good to do that, but it is not the same fast in Spiritual discipline. this I take serious
