I'm a little confuse at the end of this section... who is the younger man think he is? The young woman's father? Try to be a nice guy? "Giving" his girl friend to another man? The woman is a human being, you don't own a person and it is not an object you can pass it around.
Only half way through the movie, I'm sure there are more sick Chinese male thinking to be picked on...
It is not a laughing matter! The ex boyfriend had cheated the young woman, How would you like be the one in her stomach? China is already over population, we don't need more kids without fathers!
I saw a few goods quality that this young woman has she is honest and she love has motherly love. Many people would have took the easy/evil ways - cheat the old man or abort the baby.
