just hit quarter notes on your china, do 16th note triplet double bass, and hit the snare on every third quarter note. You've got your average metal breakdown. :) And, no im not dissing metal drumming. this is a common breakdown drum beat. i know, i practice metal drumming all the time.

you should try ageling your wrists in towards your body a little more and always keeping all your figuess on your stick so your piky isnt sticking out so it looks like you drinking tea lol =P
