This was my favorite version of DX. The four of them together. I was heart broken when I found out that Road Dogg and Billy Gunn didn't like HHH in real life. On TV, they seemed to have such a great connection, but I guess that was just for show.

The funniest thing about that whole angle was the whole "cartoonish" bear trap part that Road Dogg ended up in. I say cartoonish because anyone(or anything) that ended up in a bear trap isn't walking no time soon if at all ever again. Road Dogg was limping out to the ring in less than an hours time with not a peak of that red body fluid. That's what's funny to me!

This is why (IMO) DX was a better group than the NWO- DX had rivals who fought them on equal ground instead of just running roughtshot all over the company like the NWO did. DX had select members who were good role players and not half the locker room with a bunch of huge name superstars like the NWO.

The NWO had only three real rivals representing WCW- DDP (whom I've always thought of as Mr. WCW)/ Sting (Who shouldn't count since he joined the NWO Wolfpack) and Goldberg (who got tazed)...
