the main problem is the camera work. its just not held right. the lighting is a bit off too... you should look up some classic scenes from films and get your actors to recreate them as you film so you get a feal for using the camera well. try to mimic the camera work of those films then watch them back to compare. the camera was too high and tilted down giving unflatering views of the actors in most shots. practice makes perfect
