No he didn't. He had the disease but he died from a combo of drugs and the ill effects of an accident he had two weeks prior. (His girlfriend died shortly after the accident.)

Bam Bam Bigelow is one of my favourite wrestlers and I have a WWE classic superstar figure of him. Bam Bam Bigelow started training at a place called The Monster Factory and made his debut back in 1985. He wrestled for the WWE ECW and WCW. At the first survivor series he eliminated King Kong Bundy and the One Man Gang. Gone but not forgotten he will always be a true legend of wrestling and should be inducted in the WWE hall of fame RIP.
