William Cooper (guy in video) came to the conclusion that the documents he based this report on were most likely planted as misinformation for or someone to discover (like himself). Read his book " Behold, a Pale Horse". He was a REAL truth seeker. R.I.P.

@olliymaster Thanks for the heads up...i havent heard all Bills stuff but he did seem to know what the masterplan was.I have heard of Behold...will have to get a copy one day and read it.
And i completely believe that there is lots of missinformation,it is standard operating procedure and is well documented.
