How loud is the sound on normal acceleration? Is this going to be too loud trying to sneak out of the neighborhood at 5 in the morning?

deff like the stingers now that ive heard them was considering from switching from hooker to slp loudmouths but i might rethink that, to the stinger... i plan on keepin the cats tho for emissions... no lift so dont wanna keep running back to change... see if i can bring it to 2 cats and smaller ones on an x

I keep getting conflicting answers every time I go to a shop. Do I need a tune if I put an o/r x on my 03 gt?

@pinkard03gt NO you don't need a tune, idk who told you that but thats dumb. maybe they meant for the engine light cuz it's gonna be a o/r and your o2 sensors are gonna trip. Just get MIL eliminators. easy install, and they're like 60 bucks

the fitment on the bassani was really good. better than the bbk i used to have which would scrape everywhere. the smell is pretty strong. it can make your eyes water if you're standing behind it. i love the mgw. it comes with the orange handle but i bought the silver race handle which is about 1/2" shorter in length and height.

How'd the Bassani bolt up? I currently got the Pypes o/r x with stingers, and the fitment of the pypes was horrible to say the least. Buying the Pypes O/R X is a complete waste of money. Great sound, but you need a degree in mechanical engineering to install...

how much was the whole exhaust setup and any chance you could tell me where i could find the who setup? i would kill for my exhaust to sound like this. when i bought my 03 GT it had flowmasters on it but nothing compares to this sound!

I bought the stainless xpipe on eBay for $80 shipped. I traded someone my old magnapacks for the stingers. You could prolly find a borla catback on eBay or mustang forum for under $400 shipped

by the time you figure in the money for just the mufflers and shipping you might as well just spent a little extra and get the tips and pipes too......just my opinion though.

i wanted the o/r h-pipe before but someone told me on the inside that x sounds better, and i already knew it provides better performance... after seeing this video, i too am sold on the bassani o/r xpipe and borla stingers. it sounds amazing from the interior!

Yeah stingers were a liiiiiiittle quieter but they had a lot more tone. Stingers sounded way cleaner imo.

you have be sold with this set up. but why do you have slp tips dont you like the borla ones? I been thinking on getting the borla stingers and bassani x pipe as well. just need some money to do so. great sounding mustang, mine is stock for the moment, still sounds great but it could be bettter.
