good extension at the top of the snatch. i have trouble getting the bar behind my head enough a lot of the time. guess it's a shoulder flexibility issue for me. i've never tried those no leg cleans, i'll have to give them a shot.

Get some bumper plates. iron plates suck! You can't drop them or else they ruin your floor. Bumpers you can let go and drop all day...plus they're fun to train with!
However, I drop metal plates all the time when doing jerks because I don't have nearly enough weight in bumpers (240 pounds/109 kilos), and they and the concrete floor have held up well.

yes i was reffering to the snatches to be exact. You have to push your hips in more, at the second pull.
And judging by the power of the jump, you lift the bar using your arms too much. so you lose much of your explosive strength.

I used to do the zero-m cleans but found it ruined my full clean. donno if i lost the rhythm or what but it killed it for me.
