Mayo: Overhyped right into the Lottery and a solid career. If you want to call Mayo overrated, you will have to make a compelling argument especially since he has jumped back into the Top 5 picks in the mock draft and has been dominant in the 2nd half of the Pac 10 season. He is overrated compared to Lebron James, but he is not overrated as an NBA prospect.

Gordon is not a PG, he is a undersized SG that needs to refine his ball handling skills to become combo guard at the next level.

well, eric gordon definitely can. He has the most range out of any player i have seen in college. The thing that i dont like about him is, in the games i have seen of him, he is willing to settle for the outside jumpshot, rather than forcing the issue, driving to the basket, and getting fouled. I think this is only because he has been injured the games i have watched, since in all the highlights i see of his he drives to the basket with ease.

got to give it to Rose y'all just didn't see enough of him in this video but for OJ of course he's unbelievable because he was held back a grade when he was doin all that transferring from school to school so he was a little ahead and gordon is just a pure scorer he would be best fit with a team who doesn't have one which isn't many in the NBA

but rose could fit in anywhere and as far as the #1 pick goes it all depends on whose coming out and which team has the pick

Gordon will be a bigtime scorer and exceptional defender in the League, but he will need to improve his ball handling and passing skills to become a true combo guard. Rose has the most upside but his shooting in all stages is poor and unless he gets to the basket or on the break he is nullified.

first off, Gordon is the physically strongest out of all of them, he is damn quick, has more range than all of them, and as far as I could tell, he didnt snap his dunks in, but he got higher and farther from the hoop..Gordon is #1

I would definitely agree he is the most physical. Arguably the best shooter of the three. If you missed it you should check out his highlights on ESPN of his performance against Chattanooga (huge dunk, 33 pts, 7 threes).

I'm already sick of OJ Mayo ... he's a Steve Francis/Stephon Marbury type of player. He'll get his points in the NBA, but he's too self-promoting and egotistical to be a true point guard on a winning team. Derrick Rose, on the other hand, is the real deal -- all heart, no ego. He's a pass-first guy at a time when true point guards are in high demand.
