i think he has the Forge recirculating valve with the strongest spring that comes with it in it, instead of releasing the boost to the atmosphere it recirculates it and some dumps out through the turbo in to the air intake which gives the nice turbo chatter sound :-)

It's actually not a blow off valve...it's the Forge Bypass valve. It recirculates 100%. I'm running the tightest spring on it(I have a high boost racegas map) so you can really hear it through the intake. I love the sound. ;o]
