hey that is not working for my ubuntu server it working i paste for ubuntu-server or debain guys !!

iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --syn --dport 22 -m connlimit --connlimit-above 2 -j REJECT

Is itpossible to apply such a rule to a host, since some users in my school are using our wifi to download films, porn... and at the same time they are connecting to google ....facebook .... ALL at the same time
