i emailed nintendo about releaseing mother in the US mother and this is what they said  Hello,

I can see why you want to see the Mother/Earthbound series released in the Americas, but at this time we have no plans to release them in this market, either on disc or via download.

I know what you mean. Having the real game and being able to play it on your console is superior to playing a pirated version on your computer. You could always go on Ebay and have them ship it to you. It's quite expensive, however. The prices range from $50 - $200. For some, the shipping is free. They're all definitely cheaper than £1000, which is good.

It's truley a beautiful game because of the simple graphics which take you back to the days where video games where new and exiting.

The beautiful misic that everyone, Mother fan or not, can enjoy. I loved the 8 melodies before i ever saw the game!

Who here at least thinks one of the M3 characters are cute? I thought so.

It's the most emotional game i've ever played.

2. It is a hilarious game, but it is most known for the sadness, because it is really a sad game. It is much easier for a game to make you laugh than for it to make you cry. That is why people know it more for the sadness.

I'd buy it too. I think all of America would buy it, now that RPGs are big today and the whole world knows about the greatness of the Earthbound series. If Nintendo sold all 3 as a bundle pack as the Gameboy Advance's last product, it'd be as sold out as the Wii was when it first came out.

The mother series is the most touching video game trilogy ever. It makes you laugh and then cry, and the thing is, you can really relate to the characters in it. 1. MOTHER 3(I cried at the end, and its a game that really makes you think.)

2. Chrono Trigger(The whole "We can change the world, and save the future thing really empowered me. No to mention it was Squaresoft's best RPG, the music was amazing, and it was epic.)

3. EarthBound(One of the first real RPGs that I ever played. Its a game that you can only truly see the beauty of the second or third time around.I think I've beaten the game four times now.)
