@shannonhake1 Shannon, during the festival for Lord Ganesh (Ganapati) on the final day all Ganesh murti (idols) that have been placed in people's homes during the festival are taken to the river, ocean, well, etc. to be immersed in water. During this time there is a precession (parade-like) of people, murti, drum groups, etc. It is quite wonderful to experience, and just barely controlled chaos. "Life abounds where there is Freedom."
