me and my friend actually got a conversation with it...with our recorder it said his name was Joe Smith who was a friend of my friends grandma. he said he was a friendly person who partly protected us but said i was dangerous lol
2 reasonsto turn out the lights and use flashlights-
1. we are more likely to pick up an apparition using IR lighting. The theory is that they are readily seen in the IR spectrum. In order to do that, the camera has to be in nightshot mode.
2. using a flashlight instead of leaving all the lights on will force you to to focus on one spot/area, leaving out anomolies seen in one's peripheral vision.
I have to agree with this guy, that there are too many false positives with going dark.
Ghost sightings occur in all hours of the day and night, and most people see anomalies with their lights on while going about their normal routine. Why not recreate the circumstances of the reported sighting?
I would say a balanced approach would be best, starting the investigation with lights on, and only go dark when it would be the usual time to go dark. Keep it real.
umexuse me but i watch many ghost shows these people r professinals im not saying ur not its just whenever they go into dead time which is when they try to contact the ghost they turn off all the lights becuase they cuase beams which resemble ghost figs.and thats why they use the nightvision i believe it gets better footage than using the lights and not all show up in green im not trying to sound like a jackass im just pointing something out
well it's good to be dark for you to know where the ghost is 'cause you can see them at day but not clearly but in the dark well go somewhere haunted place and check it out.
What do you use for that green light surce?

Hi there
It's good to hear someone getting it right for a change; there is no need of the dark for Ghost hunting. Well done!
