I agree with the above comment. I would never ever let a client or friend preform the TGU like what was shown. It was very very dangerous. The lift is not meant to be maxed out with. This is the one thing I don't like about CrossFit. Your training for injury not health and well being in this vid. I know CrossFit does not have to be like this but I see it quite a bit.
You need to revisit how to perform a TGU. Changing hands overhead is pretty foolish. I know this comment is negative but someone needed to day it before you do yourself a serious injury and I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

I agree with you on this.. this is a very poor perform and this is a serious injury for your lower and upper back spine.
