No I'm a retired news guy and you are a clown. If you check you'll see there's a 4 car mva on the bridge and that is why the cars are backing out of the exit.
These cops didn't want to do their job. They couldn't make it up the bridge to handle the accident as I have vid of the scene we had to walk a mile up the bridge and back to film and no NYPD on scene. They didn't want to handle summonses either.

He stated that the intersection was in a certain pct. I told him he was in the same pct.
He meant his command but I meant physical location. I was on the curb in a different precinct than he was only 1 foot away. That was the point. Got it?
