Helping small business getting loans may help, but my question is what will Obama do to give these loans at the zero to one quarter percent interest rates like the Federal reserve is giving loans to the banksters who are then lending at much higher rates and then giving absurd bonuses. I prefer that the debt be paid down but venture capitalism is fine as well as long as some of the revenue generated goes toward our debt. Just keep congess on a leash and make sure they don't pad the bill with agendas. I have not seen government do anything with out attaching strings. And congress has a bad habit of pushing so many string the bill hangs itself and dies before getting passed.

I am so glad that our wonderful President is working to help small business!!! I do hope that He will continue the fight for healthcare reform, and hopefully everyone living in America will have the same quality healthcare that rich people have!!!! Helping small business getting loans may help, but my question is what will Obama do to give these loans at the zero to one quarter percent interest rates like the Federal reserve is giving loans to the banksters who are then lending at much higher rates and then giving absurd bonuses. Heck, I can't get any more than 1/4% on my savings, but no American nor even our government with it's T-Bills can get this low of interest rate. This isn't Fair or balanced!

This is my idea of the federal government, it spends less tax revenue because it does not provide as many services as it does today. If more power was given to the states, we could have sales taxes for things like: fire, police, health care, etc. The federal government, in my view, should focus on defense, and the protection of rights in the courts, and a few other things. The operations could be funded by excise taxes, such as the gas tax. And believe me, with the way...

I prefer that the debt be paid down but venture capitalism is fine as well as long as some of the revenue generated goes toward our debt. Just keep congess on a leash and make sure they don't pad the bill with agendas. I have not seen government do anything with out attaching strings. And congress has a bad habit of pushing so many string the bill hangs itself and dies before getting passed.
