i have this on a video and the story is a little diffrent, then he says "theres something hanging from the roof" shouted his driver, he just says "theres something hanging from the roof" BONG!

And the way and pich of his voice is diffrent.

Nothing was out of place in this video. None of the faces were on the wrong engines. Only in Peter Sam and the Refreshment Lady and Gallant Old Engine was this at all obvious. For this episode, there are no mistakes.
