illegal sein, wenn die Aufnahme kein Schutzziel rechtfertigt. So kann eine feste Kamera legal sein, wenn sie zB Eingangsbereiche aufnimmt, wenn sie zB öffentliche Plätze vor dem Gebäude aufnimmt ist sie es nicht.
