Second, this church didn't want to pass a gay rights amendment, then don't vote for it. Instead of retracting their political statement they chose to ignore the legal letters sent to them. The law is the law. No one is above it, not even churches. For even the bible says to obey the laws of authorities. No religion (or belief) is "under attack" in America.
