I'm dubious that this thing actually works. I spent some time Googling this thing and found no videos of it actually flying. These guys sound like wannabe defense contractors, who, typically, have no idea if they can build something. They sell the DOD on the concept then bilk them for tons of cash to try to build it.
Very Fishy! I'm not sure it actually works, since this is actaully so simple that the first thing they'd have to have done is build a working scale model plane.
IF they have something that actually flies...then we're talkin.Right now it sounds like they're out there trynna' raise money for a "proof of concept". I wish them well. They pictures I've seen suggest they might be on to something.IF they can scale it up...we might be looking at the propulsion solution that makes the flying car practical.
2 lanzoft, it's quadrocopter with two additional fans.

Look at video Xu9f68ODWlA (v=Xu9f68ODWlA)
It is less famos, but it can fly!
+ Idependent of Runways - Like helicopter
+ Long Range - Like fixed wing aircraft
+ Fast Cruise Speed - Like fixed wing aircraft
+ Economic Cruise - Low consumption, low overhaul costs

stealth technology wasn't disruptive?

This is all great, but when I see it fly, then we can talk.

I think Tesla would be pleased. Greatly resembles his style of turbine design.

I recently learned that this concept is similar to what is known as "fan wing"... but with a few huge improvements!

Which is a play on both the number of this comment, and the video; I wanna see it fly!
