There are apparently two available copies on Rakuten Ichiba, both without boxes, but under 2000 yen, and at least one of the shops (game77) will ship internationally to some countries. Worst case scenario - use one of the third-party services that will order anything for you in Japan and ship it to you (if you pay a premium).

This looks great, like a bit of a mix of Mario, Sonic and Bubble Bobble lol

I'm guessing that it's pretty rare from what i've read in the comments, that's why emulation is our friend lol

I'm convinced it doesn't actually exist. i've never seen it even in cart form on ebay. i found one on jap amazon but they wouldnt ship :(
