  • long live anons in texas next lets punch the mormons naw im jking

  • great cause and everything but PLEASE lose the electronic voice!

  • But that's the idea of Anonymous. XD

  • Epic win!

  • Holy crap! The republicans did something for once that I agree with!

    I'm reppin' G-Town bby

  • HAHA suck it fuckers i allready live near galveston

  • this ultimately doesn't mean much unfortunately since it was just a resolution of a political party. :(

revoke their tax-exempt status in California, pls. and of course, Florida.

  • Makes me wanna move to the great state of TEXAS!

  • I am so glad this is happening. I read the info to the right. And it is true. $cientology is fucked in Texas. I hope this spreads.

  • Glod bless texas. I used to hate living in texas but now after hearing this, I now can hold my head up high in this wonderful state.

  • FUCK YES.

    Im movin down there!

  • awesome

  • Yup Texas is Scientology free. Glad to be rid of those greedy fools. Trying to fill peoples head with blatant lies and make them all paranoid schizophrenics through sessions of mental abuse. Ridiculous.

  • Way to go Texas! :)

  • Thumbs up for this.

  • $cientology $ucks

  • i dont understand how a human could pick the right (correct) religion out of how many there actually are, everybody is somebody elses weirdo

  • 1. YOU have incorrect information about scientology. If your statement is valid, so is mine.

    2. Freedom of religion is NOT the same as freedom from the IRS. You are still free to practice your religion, but its business income must fall under normal business tax laws.

    3. Scientology creates its own enemies. "Fair Game," TR-L´s and the countless tales of cruelty from ex-scientologists add fuel to the fire.

    4. This isnt promoting hate, its promoting justice. Nice try though.

  • lol pwnt! nice one jtsmails!

  • @jtsmails 1:this information is infact correct for it was on the news here in ohio stateing that CO$ will lose thier Tax Exempt Status in TEXAS because they have failed to prove they are infact a religion.

2: studied interviews have proven that in order for a religion to be a real Religion people do not have to pay or Forced to pay to the teaching of the Beliefs but are ofcourse can pay if they want in DONATIONS.

3:Agree!,they still use the fair game tactic.

    4:Agree!,

  • I would like to congratulate the state of Texas for sticking to their guns and not bending the three objectives to suit scientology's being. As it was posted below, "The rest of the U.S. needs to follow suit" by user name, RustyGonzo, it is normally the first crack that takes the longest to make, after that one crack has been formed and the force does not let up, it is only a matter of time before America follows Germany and France in ridding the company. I hope Canada makes progress soon. . .

  • lol im naked! u

  • The rest of the U.S. needs to follow suit.

  • This actually makes me proud to be a republican again

  • EPIC WIN!

  • If they are going to be taxed may as well get the unions in as well so they can declare what the minimum wage should be instead of 15 to $20 for a 60 hour week in the false hope that they will get audited for free when they get saint hill size which any moron can now see that's impossible so why work for $20 for 60 hours? Seems strange to me since billionaire Tom, Cruise also gets perks on top of that from Miscavige it seems a very cruel system to hurt the poor & struggling over rich celebs.

  • Don't mess with Texas and long live Anon.

  • God Bless Texas

  • God or no God, it's good to have a clear definition of what religion is. Finally $cientology will be unable to hide under the cloak of religion.

Now Cult of $cientology (Co$) will now have to pay the government that will pay the law enforcement to track down their crimes and courts to judge them for their illegal actions.

  • lulz

  • I live in Texas, so HELL YEAH!

  • Im pretty sure this is the most epic win so far in the campaign aginst scifags.

  • WAY TO GO ANONYMOUS!!!

Five'd, fav'd. And sending it to my friends.

  • Finding reasons to hate each other has never promoted unity, does not bring us together nor promotes respect or understanding.

  • Bill of Rights - Amendment 1

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

You don't have to agree, that is your right. But why have a reason to hate?

  • scientology is not a religion, it's a scam that uses the 'cover" of religion too avoid being found out by the masses and squelched like the dangerous cult that it is. In fact scientology enjoys tax exemptions that

  • scientology is not a religion, it's a scam that uses the 'cover" of religion too avoid being found out by the masses and squelched like the dangerous cult that it is. In fact scientology enjoys tax exemptions that NO other religion does. Outrageous at best. Bring down this cult, good job Texas!

  • This is for tax exemption and definition of religion, not if it is allowed to be practiced.

    Go Texas!

  • hell fucking yeah!

    don't fuck with anonymous.

    or texas

  • I am from Galveston. Epic Win.

  • YES!!!!!!!!

I live in Texas, this will help ALOT!

  • YES!!!!!!!!

I live in Texas, this will help ALOT!

  • Don't mess with Texas!

  • Yeah! They'll crush your balls.

  • Victory! Picket May 10th Be the Truth that CO$ hates!

  • Hip Hip Horah!!

  • so It is true what they say, everything IS bigger in texas..... Including the WINS!!!

    Way to go Texas!

  • this is what can be considered as an epic fucking win.

  • Tory Magoo44's channel was suspended tonight

  • i know this is a little off topic, but someone has been buging me to try and find out. Opra winfree, and that little guy from titanic, are they scientologists?

  • We need to support this and MAKE IT A LAW! It's time for the rest of the states to get with it!

  • This truly is great news and a victory for Anonymous. Even if this doesn't pass, which going by the conditions how can it not, it has bought the attention of political leaders.

  • Texas just proved they are cool after hurting their reputation by introducing Bush to the rest of the country.

  • yeah, I'm not gonna vote republican just for this but I do give them props

  • bush was not born in Texas so not our fault

  • hay may not have been born in Texas, but thats where he got his start in big government before running for president.

  • Why are you guys talking about Bush for? This is supposed to be a happy video about Co$.

Yes, Bush sucks. Just be happy that he's almost gone and focus on the task in front of you (the threat of $cientology).

  • your right Goliathm,go Texas.:D

  • Oh, very nice!

  • hell yeah!

  • Anonymous is Win

  • The thing is CoS could change to fit the first two parts (faith statement and worship services) but if it makes its material free to the public, Anon has won, for the most part.

  • Go Texas!! We all need to support this RESOLUTION and MAKE IT A LAW! It's time for the rest of the states to get with it!

  • Wait till Anonymous comes back in May, June, July.

  • FUCK YEAH!

  • YEAH! Well done Anonymous. Keep up the good fight!

  • w00t

  • Makes me even prouder to live here.

  • Congratz to Anonymous, this is definitly a victory. I can just see the other states following this example :)

  • 1. March 29th was the Democratic Caucus and convention not RNC.

    2. A county resolution can be brought up by anyone this is far from policy. These conventions allow anyone to amend or create really anything as to make a suggestion. I see no data as to was it adopted to pass on to the state level or not.

    3. Once at state it then gets put into huge piles as only suggestion and will likely go no further as the federal level as already established what is stipulated.

  • Basically the resolution goes to the state convention which I do not understand as the DNC held the caucuses, but perhaps the Repubs moved delegates up to the state level. That said I just want to put out the truth here, that this kind of resolution is a dime a dozen at conventions that are mere suggestions that amount to beans at the state level. This is not the state congress but party events to funnel up delegates to eventually go to the national level.

  • This was the Republican Convention for Galveston County. I will be a delegate at the State Republican convention on June 12th and 14th in houston. Making sure this resolution gets noticed and continues up the chain.

  • So you did not have a caucus then, just the nomination of state level delegates correct? Congrats on your nomination as delegate.

  • Almost everyone knows the truth now

  • YAY! 1 state down, 49 more to go!

  • Rock, on Texas! I hope other states take note and follow suit.

  • Anonymous has made a snowball. Who will help toss it down the mountain toward the Church of Scientology?

  • vote on it !!!

    Pass it !!!

    Go Texas!!!!

  • The storm is coming....

  • nice 1 guys

  • Go anon!

  • whoa u guys did it!! nice work anon

  • Does anyone else think that the church could pump out a statement of faith and bend the definition of "worship" in about a day? #3 may be harder for the church-but maybe not.

Their legal team is top notch I assume.

Nothing less than fantastic legal counsel need to pursue and vie for this revocation. How do we do that?

  • we have taken another victory, go Texas!

  • Big major win! Go Texas! Show those Scientology morons that we aren't tolerating their crap no more!

  • Exceptional!

  • hehe

  • Go Texas!

  • COS is fail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • EpIc WiN!!!

  • is there an Austin chapter? what was the process to systematically take down the "church" in texas legislature?

  • enturbulation(dot)org for more info

  • Don't mess with Texas!

    Epic win y'all!
