If you use the tuner trick 24 hours a day for a week or two your tuner will most likely wear out.............so take a little break and just use it on one song for a few seconds every few days.

That should ensure the life of your tuner and ease your mind.

you guys are lame its a cool trick who gives a fuck if your gears wear out on the tuner there are plenty more tuning machines out there and im sure the tuners on any decent guitar are gonna last a long time through much abuse,and if your worried about string breakage then maybe you should pick up the flute
