What kind of amp or receiver are you running?

@golfing22002 thanks for the comment. the receiver/amp is just a logitech Z-5500 5.1 system. it's actually intended for computers but it works great with my setup.

@AnToN862 There's a high-def connection kit for the newer 360's that includes an HDMI cable and a special AV connector with RCA and optical out.

if your xbox has a dedicated HDMI port then I'm sure it'll work if not then you might have to hook it up over VGA, which will also do 1080P

@ImAdude4894 The projection screen is some 110" wide blackout cloth, some 2x4's, a french cleat to mount it on the wall, and some black felt tape.

Hey what program are you using to stream the movies? I like the way you have the album art and would like to do the same with my setup. I am currently using my PS3 with Tversity.

I'm looking at this same projector at Best Buy for $1600. Is it REALLY good? I'm really thinking about getting it with 0% for 18 months financing. I mean, is it the best for the money? Also, did you save those Blu-ray movies directly to the hard drive? How big is that Hard drive? What program did you use to copy them to the harddrive? I've been wanting to do something like this for a while.

in my opinion, this projector is GREAT for the price, I have absolutely no complaints.

yes all those movies are saved to my hard drive, i have 2 1TB external drives for storage. There are plenty of options out there for copying discs to your hard drive, just google around a bit and you'll find what you need.

projector is $715 now Only IN a Best Buy store "they're discontinued "if they dont have them instock they can order it for ya though a thing called "oms". I bought two of them .

word i was gonna build a new pc but my 42" 720p started acting and can't go w/o a tv lol. so projecters here i come. should be nice gonna ceiling mount it about 12 1/2ft from wall with seating 9ft away

Well, I finally got it to work so that I can view this video... and Im glad I did, my my, thats insane sir! I am indeed, very very jealous of your media setup. Very impressive. And that Remote, it seams like a godsend fo0r a setup like that!
