or...... just melee with a riot shield and throwing knife at the same time and u can do the lunge glitch and for the shotgun jump just call in a care package but for 0:40 u need it to land straight. at 2:41 if ya call in a care package ya can get on top of wat u try to get on at 2:51 and after that u jump on a white air vent ahead and call in a care package there and then ur completely out of the map

You don't need to stand so far back, and you don't need to shotgun jump, just knife them. When you get at 0:55 just stand on the thing in front of you and do another super commando flying thing and you get up there, much quicker.
