Very helpful as I'm preparing to be an auctioneer at a charity event. Only suggestion would be to cut the first 1:10--no need to make apologies!

@starrealtyhopkinton Thanks for the comment, and the suggestion. I'm glad i could be of any help. I will take in concentration of editing the first 1:10 of the video out using Final Cut Studio, or iMovie.
