yeah it did have better handling...my uncle is a cop and he has driven the '94 and '95 caprices...those had great performances over all other cop cars at the time....for my uncle, the mid 90's caprice was the best police car he's ever driven because of it's massive power and excellent handling (and looks, if I may add), said it was a "hugger of the road", and he managed to do 141 mph in one of his chases in a caprice...
