@EthaanChristian he stemed the collapse... allow good isnt magical for most people, he got Healthcare through, people oppose it out of stupidity when its done nothing but made economies stronger that institute it and healthier.. he reuped the nonprolif treaty, got nuclear power back on the playing board, dropped troop numbers in Iraq and has signed withdrawals for both countries beginning in 2011, dropped defense spending to save national debt.... all pretty win

@cipher619 its funny bc everyone seems to forget that the 700 billion was a Bush proposal and was drafted before Bush left office, it just happened to be passed under Obama. Besides if they hadnt done that, state governments would have defaulted... i.e. bye bye college, police, firefighter and infrastructure.

It was way more than 1.3 Trillion, do you know most of that money was another stim package to create jobs, as well as save the state governments from going bankrupt.... because almost half of the states in the US were on the verge of collapsing and now that stimulus has ended, lets see what happens

@truchrishill1 Granted some states (such as AZ and CA) dont know how to spend money, and therefore have none of it, but this time it was the banks and the auto industry that fucked up. Bad management. Personally I think handing out all that money wasnt really necessary. Those businesses have been ripping people off from the beginning, and it finally came back to bite them in the ass. If he wanted to create jobs, hed get rid of the illegals instead of handing out money we didnt have to begin with

well neither one of them deserve to be in office. If vaughn Ward has to copy a speach that Obama made, shows what direction Idaho would be going. The biggest mistake this country made was electing a president who was a "smooth talker" making empty promises with no desire or fire to follow through with his words.
