It really made me so happy to watch this video. My throat chakra is completely closed. I am even having problems to write this hehe. My communications skills are not good. I struggle so much with talking in public. To talk in front of all of my classmates was a nightmare. I've been doing some things to heal myself like: yoga, reading a lot of self improvement books, and right now I'm blogging and writing A LOT. And I feel doing so has gradually helped me. I definitely will see The king speech.

Hi, thanks for this video I have been working on my throat today, ....and...there has been a lot of stuff coming out of my throat I don't even see a chakra just tar porcupine quills poop rotten flesh. I will continue to clean it every day now..just hoping I will be ok and that I will not need to see a professional, if there is one out there that is legit. Thanks
