i did this by a lamp and the shadow of the right hand wasnt black it turned white and i moved my hand around and that light was going in a circle following my hand but im sure it was just sweat reflecting light lmao

Chi/Qi and meridians are myths, there's never been a shred of convincing evidence to support it. The most sensitive meters detect nothing & it doesn't jive with what we know of the body and energy. F/M double blinds studies testing 'chi-healing' rarely, if ever, even find efficacy beyond placebo! A Skeptic.
