Also erstmal: nettes Video, gutes Rezept. Leecker.

Ich machs ähnlich, nur mit Abwandlungen:

1. ich nehme Schweine-Rindergemisch. Schmeckt einfach besser.

2. Mehlschwitze ist heutzutage garnicht mehr notwendig. man erwärmt einfach SÜßE (!!) Sahne, gießt schritt für schritt die abgesiebte Klopsbrühe (so spart man sich die nochmal Brühe + Milch) dazu, und dann einfach mit soßenbinder andicken. ;)

3. das Wasser in dem die Kapern lagen ist sooooo wichtig für den geschmack!!! nicht abgießen!! lg
