congrats! for exercising what has really worked for me is walking i really dont drive places anymore plus its great for the kids too :) but to me the most important thing is sit-ups not just for your abs but it even works your thighs too! push ups too i hate them but i feel amazing afterwards..ive lost 30 lbs so far doing this :)
@TTCPCOS Hi =) I'm actually on the "gallbladder diet" I talked a little bit about it in the video, I also have a video up of it in my videos i talk about what i eat =) Basically its just low fat, no soda, limited red meat and pork, lots of chicken.
