The movement is based on the principle that government has gotten too big. It flies in the face of what the founding fathers intended our govt to be. The fact that Obama said there wouldn't be pork B.S. in the stimulous bill, and instead it was loaded with it, was the spark that helped to galvanize the tea parties. Not race.
