I myself, is an anime fan. It interests me because of their storyline and their art style. I even started making a manga myself, however, i dont overdo it. In fact, throught my whole character list (which is abt 125) only 2 of them is japanese. I added just about all types of races into my comic, from Austrailian to French, and my own heritage, african american. I like to watch anime 2, but i dnt watch anything that isn't dubbed. In my eyes, im nt wapanese im just open to different cultures.
they also use desu a lot and they "try" to speak Japanese but they end up failing, and then they say that they know SO much Japanese so well. What's annoying is that most people don't even know the real meaning of Wapanese and basically any white person that likes anime even the slightest bit is Wapanese, but that's because most people online are inconsiderate jerks who don't care to find out what a word is before using it. They should just be proud of their own culture instead of trying to live through other cultures.
How a person likes anime is different, I just like the art style and plot line (I always skip the japanese intro), but I mostly watch Southpark and action movies.

Yeah, you see the same thing in the anime as the manga but there is a huge difference reading something as apposed to seeing it acted out, in color, with voice acting. Sometimes you can get a better idea for the characters by LISTENING. And, he themes are kinda nice too. ^^
Oh, and there are TONS of good well developed plots that can never happen in reality such as Neon Genesis Evangelion, Serial Experiments Lain, Basilisk and etc.

Sorry, I really don't care about television in general. That's why Japanese cartoons are often bad, because I can read the comic and get the whole story instead of some watered down crapfest. Whereas, a cartoon like Swat Kats I have to watch the show, instead of going for the comic, which is nonexistant.
Besides, a cartoon that has a long story often sucks since I could just go outside and have my own fights and love triangles in real life.
@RuroKens It's the same principal as the old Warner Bros. cartoons, though. They were wildly popular because they were entertaining. No matter the characters all had big heads, eyes that mysteriously glowed in the dark, and the capability to defy gravity by looking straight up.
It's just two sides of the same coin: embracing that people don't want change so to speak, but more of a familiar material with just enough new shit to keep things fresh.

It is funny, to different people. As I said, it's just a silly video. You laugh at it crappiness or laugh if you find it funny. If you can do better, than do better than me, I'd like to see it. I myself, is an anime fan. It interests me because of their storyline and their art style. I even started making a manga myself, however, i dont overdo it. In fact, throught my whole character list (which is abt 125) only 2 of them is japanese. I added just about all types of races into my comic, from Austrailian to French, and my own heritage, african american. I like to watch anime 2, but i dnt watch anything that isn't dubbed. In my eyes, im nt wapanese im just open to different cultures.

they also use desu a lot and they "try" to speak Japanese but they end up failing, and then they say that they know SO much Japanese so well. What's annoying is that most people don't even know the real meaning of Wapanese and basically any white person that likes anime even the slightest bit is Wapanese, but that's because most people online are inconsiderate jerks who don't care to find out what a word is before using it. How a person likes anime is different, I just like the art style and plot line (I always skip the japanese intro), but I mostly watch Southpark and action movies.

Yeah, you see the same thing in the anime as the manga but there is a huge difference reading something as apposed to seeing it acted out, in color, with voice acting. Sometimes you can get a better idea for the characters by LISTENING. And, he themes are kinda nice too. ^^
Oh, and there are TONS of good well developed plots that can never happen in reality such as Neon Genesis Evangelion, Serial Experiments Lain, Basilisk and etc.

Drawing styles and plotlines mean nothing when it's the same basic style and often just an adaption of a good comic. Japanese cartoons are sub-par, but their comics are top-notch I'll go you that.

Sorry, I really don't care about television in general. That's why Japanese cartoons are often bad, because I can read the comic and get the whole story instead of some watered down crapfest. Whereas, a cartoon like Swat Kats I have to watch the show, instead of going for the comic, which is nonexistant.
Besides, a cartoon that has a long story often sucks since I could just go outside and have my own fights and love triangles in real life.
Oh yeah, Code Lyoko was a good cartoon.

@RuroKens It's the same principal as the old Warner Bros. cartoons, though. They were wildly popular because they were entertaining. No matter the characters all had big heads, eyes that mysteriously glowed in the dark, and the capability to defy gravity by looking straight up.
It's just two sides of the same coin: embracing that people don't want change so to speak, but more of a familiar material with just enough new shit to keep things fresh.
