@theguydudety Hey! I have been very busy working on a new album. I finally finished composing all the songs a couple of weeks ago, and I am almost done recording one of them to post soon (maybe within the next few days!) It's going to be a metal instrumental album, 10 songs and roughly 55 minutes. Stay tuned... I have spent hundreds and hundreds of hours working on these new tracks :)

What's up man? How did you make this? Could you please explain shortly about how you composed this, what you used to create the other things you didn't record. How you proceeded on creating it and so on. Maybe you could give me some clue on how to improve my compositions :)

@Kadadj Hey, I composed the entire song using guitar pro 5. After that I recorded all of the guitar parts using a USB audio interface and guitar rig 4 and revalver mkII to add distortion. The bass isn't actually recorded at all but simulated using a program called broomstick bass. Finally the drums were recorded live in a studio on a set of roland v-drums. If you have any further questions feel free to ask, but all I can say is practice and compose as often as you can!!

That adds up to $500 worth of upgraded speakers. Can you say "EPIC WIN!"? :P

I'm loving it so far, it really sounds great! To bad I don't actually have a decent mic to record it with, but hey, there's always the future! :)

@DethoticA Thanks a lot man!! I recorded all of the guitars at home. I use a program called Reaper to arrange and edit everything. I have an EMU 0202 USB audio interface so I record direct-in, no amps or mics. I used Revalver and Guitar Rig to add guitar tones.
