A respectful and slight correction to Macch280 comment: Actually Lupita Jones' evening gown was orange, not red. She wrote on her book "Palabra de Reina" that she did choose such color because was an 'unusual one'... it worked out for her!

In fact she wore the same dress (or gown) at the finals for Nuestra Belleza Mexico (Miss Mexico 2010 pageant) held in Saltillo city, Coahuila State a few weeks ago. How many women can wear the same dress that fits perfectly after 19 years? lol. Cheers!
