  • Can somebody tell me what this song is from? I'd like to watch the entire story!

  • what if, the song was together. like umm Len sings one part then Rin sings.

    Maybe it'l reveal the answer?

  • the true colpret is KAITO

  • My theory is the first man that was killed with the wine wasn't alone. Rin said there were two glasses and Len said there was one, leading me to believe Len poisoned the bottle and Rin was in the room with him, about to drink the poisoned wine and thinking of her plan to stab him when he died. Rin probably stabbed someone or Len pushed them off a cliff, saving Rin who then cut off his arm. As they were both the culprits, they are plotting to kill eachother throughout the song. Like if you agree?

  • it TOOK ME FOREVER TO FIND THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I can think of one theory on this song if I connect this with Nazokake... but then if I add in the ideas of Let me play the piano and Snow is falling, then there's another story... *sigh* I hope Hinata Haruhana-P will compose the next song soon

  • must...find...mp3...

  • @kariuchiha16 snipmp3(dot)com ~ download songs straight from youtube ;)

  • @Gigglepud Already did that with YouTube Downloader.XD Thanks anyway!

  • I find the real Answer: THE CULPRIT IS THE FIRST ON BEING KILLED. Now, find you why.

  • guys u should listen to this while reading kuroshitsuji chapter 40

  • the antswer to the question who is the culprit is -drinks some wine- they both did it the girl was the poison and the boy was the drowner its apropriate to judge they are brother and sister seeing as theyr hair colors are the same and they are culprits i shall call them sibling culprits theyr murders were truly brilliant

  • sheesh, why is it so hard to find this!?!?

i knew the song forever before i found this....

  • this song is so catchy~

  • Is anyone else obsessively thinking of Professor Layton for some reason...? And thinking their really stupid for not knowing there was a long version...? >.<

  • Me too >//////////<

  • Inspector Gadjet.......

  • long version..... I'VE BEEN LISTENING TO THIS SONG FOR MONTHS WITHOUT KNOWING THERE'S A LONG VERSION!!!!!

  • Can someone help me find this on itunes?

  • @PureCuteness444 ftw gimme your email adress or something and i send it to u. for free >_>

  • @StolenCookiie Thanx for your offer but I'd be willing to pay a few bucks for it :3

  • @PureCuteness444 xD u think so?? Lol :D well, idk where to found it on itunes sorry good luck anyways :P

  • @the3dowisgirls: I gave up trying to understand it.

From another YT vid, there are several songs that relate to this but the ones that are translated are:

    Nazotoki

    Nazokake

    Let me play the piano

    Saa docchi

Saa docchi mentions this, Falling snow (another related song,) let me play the piano, and Nazokake. Heart robot invasion is another one but its untranslated.

    That's all I know.

  • The beginning part is from Bach's Invention No. 2 for 2 Voices.

  • @me Yes it is

  • I don't know if it's healthy to love this song this much.

  • WHY. CANT. I. STOP.

  • Kaito's the culprit! Haha, Just guessing~

  • mirror sound rin is 鏡音レン so if u thout len sounded different

  • where did u get the picture

  • Len needs a deerstalker hat and a pipe ^_^

  • Thanks for the english lyrics :D Do you know of anywhere to find the romaji lyrics of the long version? I can't read the kanji, because I'm lame >_>;

  • Hmmm...This what I think the song is like..While trying to make that not Rin nor Len killed anyone...I think they were among the murder and watched and maybe consider themselves as the murder because they stayed and watched.....So Rin wanted to kill Len because she was well afraid that he would find out..But it was not her..But either way she was going to kill him. Then Len's side when he says,"Say my name!" I think he was covering up for the killer....Maybe it was someone close to him.....

  • @thewriter1494 I think he's the murderer, pretending to be the detective and she thinks so and so she became his investigator secretly, playing as his assistant. I think in the end, she found out for sure it was him, and so did another detective and she killed him and so they're just... Insane murderers together... But I like your take, it's interesting.

  • @the3dowisgirls Wow.yours is great!Also thanks.^^

  • I need to get this a ring tone!

  • I honestly can imagine this as Izaya (from Durarara) as Len and Namine as Rin...

He's just psychotic enough to trick Namine about wanting information about a murder. XDD

  • i thought the 2 minute version was the long one! thanks for the upload!

  • 1:12 the killer is the smiling one :3

  • @DarkettoGotico999 could be, thanks! It might not be Rin or Len at all. But than again we have no proof. :)

  • @darkstarshadowclan you're welcome ;) *so happy cause both of us has DARK as begininng word xD

  • @darkstarshadowclan heres what i think: rin killed the first guy with poison but had the knife as backup incase he lived the len killed the others and made it seem like the culprit was among them and even if someone thought the culprit was still alive everyone thinks there was only one murderer so rin and len they proved eachother not guilty on one of the crimes each so they are both supposedly innocent. Rate up if u agree

  • @DarkettoGotico999 He's already dead

  • @narutosunny Is he the one who drank the wine? =_='

  • @DarkettoGotico999 Maybe? xD

  • @narutosunny lolz :P

  • is there a long version of Nazokake?

  • The short version is my ringtone! <3 I love this song!

  • i love how there is 0 dislikes... I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!!! xDDDDDDDD

  • This is too awesome.

Do you happen to have the romaji for the missing part? @@

  • @zoe0seacat

It's not missing; it was added on to extend the song. The original song is only 167 seconds (two minutes 47 seconds) long. As such, it'll be hard to find accurate Romaji lyrics, though there's the ones for the original version.

It's also been re-sung by two people, and compiled into one song in a Professor Layton AMV (made entirely in MS Paint, surprisingly enough) by KlausisLegal: "The Riddle Solver Who Can't Solve Riddles - Professor Layton". Go look it up.

  • @krourou2

    Oh my goodness -_-U

Whatever you do, do NOT use Google Translate to translate Japanese; I tried translating the Japanese lyrics, and all I got was a train wreck. Ugh.

If you want the Romaji for the original, Google "Nazotoki lyrics" and click the first link (above the video results). As for this version... Hmm *Googles it* Nope, sorry.

  • @krourou2

Yeah ive used google translation to check if its right or not with translating english into my local language. And it sucks alot.

  • @Hotchick7124

    See? Horrible.

  • O.o ......awesome. just awesome. I love this song even more now. *squeals with delight*

  • is there a karaoke for the long version? If I ever want to post my fandub I'll need it. D:

  • no one dislikes this!! its too good!! n_n

  • X3

  • They're both the culprits! : D

  • is this a theme for an anime if it what anime is it

  • @SeidaW Nope, this is a song made with Vocaloid

  • @inarachan

And let's not forget to give credit to the person/ people who worked so hard to make the video to it!

  • @krourou2 Oh yeah, of course~!

  • @inarachan

Well... I just kinda thought that, "if you're gonna give credit, let's not forget the animator; they either busted arse to make that, or they've been animating and drawing for a while."

  • @kylie123elric: seriously so during let me play the piano he still had it after the fire? (suppose to lost it saving Rin but apparently he still had it.)

*starting to get another damn headache*

  • @sleepyschezo

Rin THOUGHT he lost it, when he really didn't. So yeah, the "one-armed" thing is from Rin's point of view. In fact, that would mean it's written entirely in a limited third-person point of view, other than the dialogue.

  • like this version but it's giving me a headache like how did he get his FREAKING ARM BACK after let me play the piano. From the PV to Nazoteki he must have stole the freaking thing and sawed it back on because of all the blood x.X.

  • @sleepyschezo He never lost it. He was hiding it under his coat. IN the short version, Rin accidentaly pulls his coat off, revealing his arm.

  • can someone explain to me what this song is about? and nazokake?

  • @jpoon71893 Its about a murder mystery, The person who is singing is a detective and says he commited the crimes, witch are: poisoning wine, and Pushing people into the ocean. But the girl doesnt believe him.

  • Well then its better for him to lose an arm than to die X3

  • @jinchuriki95 he never lost an arm, he hid it in his coat to make people believe he did.

  • @alexes219

    Wow i dint know that...

    Thanks for telling me ^-^

  • thx for the subs :D

  • OH GOODNESS! I Love the harpsicord and I love Len! Perfect combonation!

  • Does anybody have the romaji to this full version??

  • Don't try to solve the riddle, it will be a major headache :P

  • @YandereOfTheFuture But I actually found it easy :U

  • i cant stop listening to this song DX

  • He's not the murderer! (that's what I think at least)

  • Why does Len only have one arm? o.O

  • @jinchuriki95 if you find the version of this song with the English sub it explains it all

  • @jinchuriki95 Listen to Nazokake. That'll clear things up for ya. ;)

  • @jinchuriki95

Well, I suppose he's been killed so many times, he had to lose SOMETHING in this one.

  • len looks kinda hot as a murderer

  • this song is so catchy and can someone explain the story line? i'm to stupid to understand anything

  • @xPlalalaxD in the sub version, Len and Rin are detectives and Len is talking about a murder case that happened while they were at the mansion. All he does is state the obvious and ask as to why it happened, following up with a reason like "He knew it was his time to die." as well as to why everyone fell into the ocean. in the end he keeps on repeating for Rin to call out the culprits name after smacking a knife out of her hand. And if she doesnt, he'll kill her for time is almost up for her.

  • Comment removed

  • i dont get what happened???

  • Anything with Len and a harpsichord is a win <3

  • why wasent the detective singing?

  • IM OBSESSED WITH THIS SONG!!! <333

  • @Wolfpuppy22 Me too!

  • @Wolfpuppy22 same here .....and this is one of the only songs where len DOSENT endure a large amount of pain lol

  • @Inumell666 He dishes it out this time. >:3

  • @Nightmarekirai i kno! its about time >XD

  • @Inumell666 I know, right?

  • @Wolfpuppy22 i am also this is the 8th video i've watched with it

  • This still fits my solution. Good. I feared my solution wouldn't work with this long version I had not seen before.

  • @Lilytooth what is your solution?????? NEED TO KNOW!

  • @galgow It was over-complicated, and illogical when I said that. Now it's simple: Rin's the killer, but Len loves her and is trying to protect her by taking the blame for her crimes.

  • @Lilytooth But why do it with no audience?

  • @alexes219 ...I don't know. Good point.
